Hi
I just began learning about web services and I have been given assignment to make a REST web service in Java. I read that it could be done with WSDL or from a Java class.
I wrote a simple class, inserted it in a Eclipse Dynamic Web Project. Then I tried to make a web service from it with the New>Web Service>... commands.
It turned out it is not possible. I have Eclipse 3.5, Java 1.6 and Tomcat 5.5.
I think that I dont have Axis installed with the default Eclipse installation and I read that it is a tool for web services. Could that be the problem, or is there something else?
I hope someone can give me a tip.
