2002 was "founding", if you look in the history on good ol' Wikipedia you'll note that the business was registered and started fully trading in 2006/2007.. Since we did infact trade (asin, sell) with schools around the country then yes, for a single entity it could be classed as a "business", nothing was ever registered as we couldn't pay tax, but that's why it's in the company's history to begin with. CEO's an official title when it comes to directors, just as other directors on the board have different titles related to what they manage (CFO, etc).
The fact that there's 2 registered businesses in 2 different locations (soon to be 3), each also trading internationally defines them as a "multinational".. Or perhaps by your sadistic definition simply "binational" and "trinational" when the third one comes into play.
