Conversion all type of video files to .flv file

Conversion all type of video files to .flv file. I have already tried ffmpeg but I am not getting result.
Uploading all type of video files and save it to ‘video’ folder and converting that file to .flv and saving into ‘flash_converted_files’ folder.
Please any one help me! :rolleyes:
