FireFox Help

Post icon  Posted 28 June 2005 - 07:38 PM

i have firefox 1.0.4 and i cant view some flash files. i think there flash. some sites i go to have a picture of quicktime and it looks like it is cut in half. like its a broken pic. but IE shows the same site but with the working ads, and flash files. one big site i go to has its nav bar in a flash file. so this makes it very hard to nav through the site. and i dont like having to use IE.

firefox is better.

somewhere it should say "click here to install plugin" or towards the top of the page it will say in a bar "plugins requied to view this page properly" click that.

Having the application on your computer is not always the same as having the proper browser plugin (although I thought Quicktime was one of them).
