Guys, i have used smf to create the forum website www.itforumz.com do you think its build ok? any issues? will someone post on this?

I really don't like that positioning of that ad. I would make the title a link, back to the home page. As for the design, I've seen it done before so it may be harder to attract attention. However, its clean and simple which may be effective
