I have no idea how to do that, but i need help!
dim eye as string = picturebox1
if eye = picturebox2 then
msgbox("It's your eye",64,"Yeap!")
Or if it's too complex maybe just recognize the color?

How would you make a program that recognizes your eye, or something...
I have no idea how to do that, but i need help!
Or if it's too complex maybe just recognize the color?

I would replace hard with next to impossible. You might be able to do this in a language such as C, or maybe flash...

It's doable - Picassa does it - so do most of the medium to high end digital cameras and they are not to powerful CPU-wise. The best choice is to research image processing algorithm on the various sites like CiteSeer. VB would likely need an add-on image processing extension to do a really good and efficient job.
