I've been reading some of the threads, about the mercury message board, and that one flash chat program, well i thought those would be cool, so i downloaded them, then i read the instructions, and they said like to CHMOD to 0777 or something. What does this mean, and hw do i get those programs to work?

well, in your ftp program, you basically right click and select ftp, and then input the number in the main box. i know thats the way it works in smartftp and cuteftp pro.

you can right click each file, or a folder in leech ftp and go to properties > and type in the number.
