There is a VB.NET forum where you can ask this question. Please don't be lazy. This is the VB6 forum. Also, please show what you have done.

Moved to VB.NET :)

You could take a look at the .Net Micro Framework, it's for developing applications for smart devices.

In Visual Studio 2008 if you installed the compontents you can start making them straight away from a new solution.
