There is a simple windows installer program that you download and install. You can get it from their sourceforge.net website. I suggest you install it to c:\ruby just to make things easier for you and then you can launch yourself into one of many beginner tutorials on the web.

You might want to start with the documentation section of that same site.

You're using Windows, Linux or Mac?
You can use the link for the documentation that Martyr2 posted, but if are you having any problem in the installation or in the environment configuration, post it here.
