I thought I was going to stay at Disney Lodge but stayed at a hotel called the Hyatt. But it's a good thing I'm not staying at Disney cos some other family said it costs $200 for there meal and there's only 4 of them, there is 5 of us and you have to take 3 buses and a boat to get out of there. But so far I've been to Wet'n'Wild twice and Universal and I seen SPIDERMAN!! I went to Sea World and seen Shamu! Also the light switches are cool, I don't know why but I just think they're awesome! There's a restraunt/bar that I've been going to called Millers Alehouse.

I got a Hulk bobblehead from Universal aswell!

Strangely, the farther south you go in Florida, the more northern it becomes. It's where we send our old folks to die.

However, you're close enough to the south. Have some sweet tea, anything involving pig, biscuits and gravy, and a chicken fried steak. For a laugh, if you get to feeling homesick, got to an "English" style pub. They bring my UK cousins to tears. If you're far enough south in Florida, look for a Jewish style deli; order the pastrami, bring a doggie bag.

Good choice on the Hyatt. The Disney resorts are stupidly overpriced for the ammenities and Pretty much everywhere in orlando has a shuttle to the disney parks. If you really like the light switches, go to a place called Home Depot / Lowes whilst on this side of the pond you can usually buy all manner of US electrical components for less then $1 Outlets, switches, light sockets etc.

Honestly, most places seem dull to the locals. I grew up in Florida; every bloody visitor had to go to Disney World, even though it was a couple hundred miles away. After the first dozen times it does loose it's charm.

In NYC you can always spot the tourists because they're looking up. No native Newyorker would be caught dead ogling the architecture; jaded disdain is the proper response. If the choices of aloof snubber or actually being open to what there is to see, I'll take the latter. ( Sometimes I still look up. )
