JavaScript Rollover thing

Posted 27 April 2002 - 01:39 PM

I can't figure out what to do with this.
http://www.netleader.../modo/test.html

The tabs rollover correctly, but I can't figure out what I should put in the onmouseout event that would restore the image back to what it was.  Right now, all that's in the onmouseout event is some code that puts the focus on the tab just rolled out of.  I hope I explained this well enough.  Please help.

Just put the original image/color for the mouseout thing.

I don't think that will work because what if it's selected on Info, but onmouseout will move it back to Main.  See what I'm saying?

I see what you're saying, Indie, and here's what I think the best way to make this work would be.

You need three images, which I believe you have.  You have one which is the the tab unselected, one where the tab is selected, and one where the tab is highlighted.

onmouseover you would have the highlighted image.  onmouseout you would have the unselected image.  onclick would be the selected image.

Right now you have that... somewhat.  However, with what you have now, the tab is highlighted onmouseover, then selected onmouseout.

That probably makes little sense, but there's an answer in there somewhere.  Good Luck!

I like the colour scheme, BTW.
