Hi,
I wish I had some hair ... so I could pull it out!

I really don't get this, I have a function defined in a movie clip, but I can't call it!

I thought, if I had a movie (instance) called my_movie which defines a function called my_function, to call the function from outside the movie is :
my_movie.my_function()

Well, it doesn't get called ... atleast the trace message inside my_function isn't printing anything.

Am I going insane?!

Dear Mr Moderator,
please scrap this question ... just found the answer (I hope!) on a.n.other site ... it seems I have a timing problem.

The movie clip isn't instanciated when I call the function, so no function, no call!
