SQL Server Management Studio Login problem

I have SSMS installed in my system.. Since yesterday I am having problem logging in to SSMS, In service SQL Server is running but when I try to start SQL Server Agent I am getting following error "The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion"
And my event log looks like this,
