I am in great trouble....Help Someone Please
As soon as i load open my project VS 2008 crashes.
What may be the problem and how to solve this...
Please help

I would just reinstall it. Make sure its a legitimate copy, ie. from here: http://www.microsoft.com/express/vb/

Reinstalling is the most extreme way to fix things, so I do not recommend doing this at the beginning. What exact errors are you getting? If there is a detailed message, would you please post a screenshot here or the stack dump?
Also, try going to Control Panel > Programs, select Visual Studio and choose the Repair option.

Try opening that one project on another machine and see if it works there. It could be a problem with a broken reference or corrupt/invalid project data.
