hi dear
if you mean as startup, you can copy your exe file to windows start up manualy or by:

using System.IO;
File.copy(source, destination);

No i mean to run a particular windows service first

That means to run a windows service before any other windows service loads or at least after crucial windows services needed by windows loads.

Why does it matter when it loads? What does your program do?

It does some cleanup , and it should do it before a particular windows service starts.

OK, then I would make the service it needs to start before dependent on your service. This would ensure that yours runs first.
