Newbie Introduction

My name is Garrik, Im a Heathen webmaster that currently oversees 150 websites. Ive been a webmaster for about 6 years. I was a graphic artist but made the trasition to the web just about the time the bubble burst. Im looking to go back to school to enhance my skills portfolio and I seriously want expand my programing knowledgebase. Any recommendations to stay competetive in the dwindling IT economy? I joined this site site because Im hoping to find some help with a javascript question that has been vexing me, any help would be really appreciated. Im 35, recently married and looking forward to becoming part of this community.

welcome, I have been mostly hardware and networking for eight years, but just started multimedia on webpages. Nothing fancy, but I can pound out an HTML / Javascript page or two.
