a desperate plea for help. mediator 9

I have just been asked by my Dad to help him set up a program in med. 9. I have just put in a 'listbox' and i can't put in the 'list' part of the list box. please help. Urls for help or little snippits of info would be much appreciated. picture attached is as far as i have got. Please help.
