Connecting SQL server 2008 to Visual Basic - Need Help

Posted 31 August 2009 - 06:00 AM

Hi!

I have installed Visual Basic 2008 express edition, but I didn't get SQL server. Therefore, I installed SQL server 2008 separately, and it works fine..
But I want to use the SQL server in Visual Basic, but it doesn't show up when i click Add New Item. :cry2:

Is there some way of connecting VB to SQL server?

Thanks

- Viktor

This is the classic VB forum. You need the .NET forum.

Good Luck
