Cool question. Im on the otherside of the field. I have the ideas but no skills or no money to do it. Have 3 websites in the development stage but have hit a hurdle because the system I want to use hasnt been invented yet. Google will love it, users will love it, a brand new way a search engine operates and turns the ranking system upside down. So, the ideas are out there... but how do the guys with ideas get them built, bet a joint venture going... thats my big question.
