I'm thinking about making a program like a virtual MadLibs. All those other posts on here have inspired me. Is there a non complicated way to make it so a user has to input a certain part of speech. I don't wanna have to go into Dictionary.com's database or anything.

My first guess would be, no. It's kind of hard to distinguish between a verb and a noun just by looking at the word unless your a human.
Example:
The computer can't differ between "run" or "rag" unless it has a built in dictionary.
The user will have to enter the correct part of speech or you will have to have a massive database that has tons of words with their parts of speech.
