Obtaining File Length __int64

Posted 09 September 2009 - 10:35 AM

What's the best way to get the length of an 50+ gb file?
I am using windows. I would store it in an __int64 using visual studio 08
Is there a nice function to do this or would i be better off incrementing the get pointer position up to about 4 gb then changing the offset back to the current position and repeating until .eof() ??

How about _fstat64? Or _stat64? Or _filelengthi64?
