online sharing site with a vb.net api

i'm searching for a service where i can create a passworded account to hold files that i upload.
i googled this and i got several but i need one that can upload files to from my vb.net program.
my first choice was irc but i don't think it fits this need.
i'm writing a program that saves stuff online so that the user can access saved info anywhere the program is run.
so there goes, any easy vb.net or c++ api i can use?
