How can I streem video into flash w/ controlls?

How can I streem video into flash and have the user be able to play pause RR FF and everything?
I can play a streeming video in flash now but I can not controll it.

You are going to need AS2 or AS3 coding for your video. the most common way people like to create their players is by having a player that links to videos relative to the site location or xml based flash reading. Here is a how to that is quite long but it does cover all of the bases.
