Weird issues when playing games

For some weird/unexplained reason i cant play games like Call Of Juarez/Need For Speed Shift the problem is that
i cant see nothing. Everything is covered with lines that change size and colour every second. Im trying to solve this
for one week now!!! Does anyone know what problem am i having? Has anyone of you guys experienced something
like that before?

I ve updated Visual C++(2008), ATI Drivers(9.9), DirectX(10) to the latest.
Ive tried using just one card (Crossfire Disabled) and its still not working.

The solution might be to change from Windows 7 to Windows XP
BUT I DID NOT BUY A 400$ GRAPHICS CARD FOR USING IT
UNDER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS THATS WHY ATI PRODUCTS
SUCKS!!!

Graphics Card: 2 x ATI HD3870 Crossfire
Proccessor: Intel Quad Core 2,44GHz
Operating System: Windows 7 RC (Release Candidate)

My PSU is Coolmaster Pro 850Watts and the motherboard is a Gigabyte X38-DQ6.
I dont think that it has a problem cause in every other game it works fine e.g. PROTOTYPE

The problem could be with your power supply or a motherboard. Search on hardware or gaming forums. If all 3870's have this problem then I can assure you that you're not the only one.

Would it show up in a screenshot if it was a hardware issue?

I took the screenshot using fraps.
Yeah its not a hardware problem.
