Content Resize when browser window is minimized

I am having a little problem. if i minimize the browser window of the page am workin on the contents whic r in <div> tags squeeze to the new size of the window instead of minimizing and becoming scroolable.

It might be that you just need to specify minimum width and height settings for your div, but in any case,

Hello, :D

If you are trying to see your web page and your HTML & CSS at the same time split your windows. Have your browser window the top half of your screen and your HTML & CSS window the bottom half of your screen. That is what I do and it works for me.
