Custom Text Under Your Avatar

So, how do I get my own custom text under my avatar? I've seen it under some user's avatar, but can't figue out how to do it myself. It just says, "DIC Head" under mine. :v:

You need to have at least 500 posts. Then the option will become available in your control panel.
