nVidia released a new driver update today, version 81.85.


Release Highlights:

    * WHQL Certified driver.
    * Adds support for GeForce 6600 VE, GeForce 6150, and GeForce 6100.
    * Mixed vendor support for NVIDIA SLI.
    * TV-Out/HD-out support for NVIDIA SLI.
    * Added support for VSync on Direct3D games when running NVIDIA SLI.
    * Performance enhancements for dual-core CPUs.
    * PureVideo high definition MPEG-2 de-interlacing support.
    * Usability enhancements when connecting to an HDTV.
    * Microsoft┬« DirectX┬« 9.0c and OpenGL┬« 2.0 support

Where it says DirectX 9.0c and OpenGL 2.0 support, that is where it affects us CS:S gamers. It's a good update to get for ANYONE with an NVIDIA GEFORCE CARD, but for CS gamers it is a MUST because it increases FPS and allows us to run without any choppyness. If you're running -dxlevel 81 in your target, you need not run that anymore. I would suggest, after getting this update, that you delete your config.cfg because it will reset your rates to a default amount (increasing shot registration).
