what you could do is search the string for each space and the take every thing in front of that char and use a forced conversion to save it in to a dynamic array that you would have to re-size and preserve the size of as you found each space. then append the string to contain all charters after the space and not including said space. the only problem with doing it this way is I'm not 100% sure if it will save the number or the number's ascii value.
