Publishing Source Code

Posted 04 October 2009 - 05:34 PM

I need a site to publish programs and source code for community use. I want to start a resume with a project I recently completed(well, to the beta level). I need the site to meet the following requirements:
  • Secure
  • Respected (not just some random kid with an ftp server)
  • Well maintained and professional operated (solid uptime)
  • Free (Open source)
  • High public exposure (lots of members......LOTS)

I was thinking about using SourceForge, unless you guys have any better ideas?

Goodnight everyone.

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

I would recommend sourceforge, especially if you're planning on going open source (I think it's a requirement to post a project).

There is also Google Code, but I've never used it or heard much about it.
