I am using a notepad file in the VB project. in that i want to open a file name without displaying the file name for the user who is opening and also the menu bar should not display in the file

Okay, you want to display a text file. Now, do you want to display this text file within your program? If so, you can use a standard textbox with its multiline set to true and you would load it with the FreeFile Function, Open Statement, Input or Line Input Statement, and Close Statement. An easier way might be to use the RTB (Microsoft Rich Text Box control).

Not in your program? Well then, Shell or ShellExecute API, with perhaps FindWindow but once you have the handle to the window you could use the setwindowregion Api.

FreeFile Function
Open Statement
Input Function
Line Input Function
Close Statement
