what html do i need to add to have the word (back to top of page)
and the (mouse click action) physically goes to the top page of web page!

Try something like this just beneath the <body> tag:
<span id="top"></span>
And then make a link like so:
<a href="#top">Top of Page</a>
<span id="top"></span>
And then make a link like so:
<a href="#top">Top of Page</a>
