How to secure an entire site on a server running IIS?

I just set up a website and would like each page to be secure. Basically I am hosting off of Godaddy, IIS 7.0, and have an SSL cert. I have a small front side site in asp with a link to phpbb3 (forum) for a small private forum. I basically would like to secure the entire site at the root to utilize SSL and redirect to HTTPS. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
