The href of your links must be wrapped in speechmarks. Several of yours only have a speechmark at the beginning of the target. Also, immediately after the links the closing b and i tags after the word restaurants are in the wrong order.

Where you have "make sure to keep checking here for a list of current restaurants", your <center> and </center> tags should be inside the paragraph. Visually it shouldn't make a different, but every browser will render the same page differently, so sometimes you have to expect the unexpected.

Also you forgot the Document Declaration. Your page will work without it, but the browser may mis-interpret it differently because it may think that it's another version of HTML. Based upon what I have seen in your code, it appears that you are typing in HTML 4.01 Transitional. You can get the document declaration for that from W3 Schools - HTML doctype declaration page.

If you want to check your code according to web standards, you can use the W3C Validator. It will tell where your mistakes are at in your file (by line number). For example, I put the code in that you supplied and it said that you had 8 Errors (mostly cause of the quotes and not having a document declaration) and 37 warnings. A thing to note is that warnings don't have to be fixed in order for the page to display correctly (although it is recommended that they are. Errors need to be fix or else they will change the way that your page is displayed.

A tip when using the validator, fix the errors in the order they are listed and then go back and fix the warnings. Majority of the time, one mistake that you have closer to the top of the page will generate an error below it and mess up the rest of the page.
