Nah, that's coming along well, lose the times new roman font on the buttons, also.. the buttons under the picture on the main page needs to be shortened or something, it's making my screen scroll, even at 1280x1024

That plus its the way the client wants it but i just want to get a web designers point of view ...i know the pic on the main site sucks it dosent looks good for the site, that and the clietn always changes his mind (all of you should know about that :)  ) so ya just be honest thats all that matters

Well, this is what I think:

Your menu buttons need to be smaller and prettier ;)
Every time you hover over a button, it takes too long to load the image and the reaction of the button on the pointer is waaay to slow (I'm on cable)

Anoter wy to get around this is to preload your images witch can be done with javascript.
What it does: it loads all the rollover images at the same time so they react immediatly on your mouse pointer...

Change the white background and black font color to a less hard-for-the-eyes color-combo.

Well, that's all I had to say ;)

IMHO, you are the designer, so you're the boss, and your client only needs to tell what he wants to have as content, not how it is designed because that's your part of the job.

It is important that you feel good with your designs and if your client isn't satisfied, then he needs to find himself someone else...

Well, that's what I told my client, ans suddenly, he trusts me more and gives me total freedom in design :)
After all, if he came to see you, it's because he likes the way you work, don't you think?
But don't blame me if you lose him though huh? ;)

very true but hes a teacher of mine and i would tell him off but he holds my grade and old men can be very pissy (almost as bad as a woman LOL just kiddin ) but ya ill try to tell him and so will chris ...wont ya?

Well, then I would do it like this... it's more work though, but if you like webdesign, it should be bo problem:

you make the site like he wants and like you want it to be, you show him both and you say: if this is what you want, take it, but I like my design better and wanted to show it too, so now you see them both...
