see there is nothing with which you may convert java program to VB. you can translate the code or find a software

You can use the Java Language Conversion Assistant 2.0 to convert the Java code to C#, then there are tons of free C# to VB.NET converters out there.
That's really your only option other than rewriting the code by hand.
