i dont get proper help. i want snippet which will create secured website or webpages which have url as https

There's no magical snippet or code that does what you ask; it's all about proper setup of the web server, so I think I'll move this to Web Servers and Hosting.

If you are running Apache, you'll need to configure the https.conf, & start the ssl server rather than the httpd server.
