Setting up GTK+ with Codeblocks

I'm trying to set up Code Blocks with GTK+. I did it last Saturday, but I came on today and tried to compile some code and I got errors like it didn't know about the GTK header. I made sure I started the project as a GTK+ project. So my question is how do you set up Code Blocks with GTK+ permanently.
