chat box tutorial for admin using pure php

hi is any one knows a script or tutorial about php chat room

i saw a tutorial here but its using ajax and js with php

what i need is a chat box using only pure php for my admin if anyone would like to chat for the admin they can go to this chat box one person at a time i hope you can help me thanks....
