VB.Net poker game

I am making a poker game in VB.Net. I really need some help getting started. It just needs to be a simple windows app with 5 cards, a deal btn, bet, and clear. If anyone could help get started that would be awesome. Also can you make txtboxes in .NET arrays?

How basic do you need to begin? Are you familiar with the use of Visual Studio or VB.NET? Can you make the form itself from the IDE?

It needs to be pretty basic. i know VB6 well but it needs to be in vb.net which i know but not like VB6.
