What kind of blog template are you looking for. Most blog themes are php and html based.

Are you using Wordpress? You need to be more specific then html and css based.

Well do you have a basis that you are currently building on or are you using a pre built one. If you just want a theme you could go to wordpress.org and download themes there or you could go to theme forest.

You are going to have to be way more specific rather then just asking for a template. Are you looking for code or a theme template?

Sorry if this is a bit too old to reply to.

A template is in XML because (I assume) its dynamic. Otherwise, you cannot make posts, or make comments.
