C# 2008 using setup project

How can I make the .NetFramework be installed direct from my application cd, instead download from microsoft?
I am using Setup Project form C# 2008

You can find out all about .NET framework setup in your application and such at the link below. Just scroll down to where it reads "Creating a Single Setup Project to Install a .NET Framework Application and Dotnetfx.exe"

Redistributing the .NET Framework - MSDN

That should get you started. :)
