Please tell me the process how to make a PHP admin panel. How user can manage his/her web site by using admin panel. Please guide me step by step.

Any values you wish to admin over, make a database to hold these values. Then write a GUI that can change the values in the database via buttons. That's how I've made them in the past.

My suggestion would be to use an existing CMS( Content Management System ) like Joomla or Drupal and create a template that looks like the site you've got right now. There is a built in "admin panel" or backend from where you can manage every aspect of your site (content, menus, banners, footer, etc.).

If you want to manage a blog i can recommend Wordpress, for static sites i would go with Joomla or Drupal. It takes a little while to get used to, but its going to save you a lot of hassle in the long run.

It , would be good if someone make step by step creation of admin panel , i'm just interested.

Here you will find a basic tutorial which will guide you to make a very basic cms. Then you can use these concepts to expand it and make something which you are looking for.

I'm sorry if I seem a bit harsh, but why not just ask us to make you your own admin panel? The original answer was already explained, now you're just asking to be spoon-fed.
