I would have to say McCormick & Schmick's lobster ravioli in a saffron cream sauce. Usually, Italian dishes at seafood restaurants are cheap ripoffs; however, this lobster ravioli sure beat the hell out of Carraba's & Maggiano's dishes.
As far as dishes; Santouka Ramen. The broth is opaque from pork essence; it has a heavy mouth feel that's luxuriant. The meat is a fatty braised pork cheek that's so tender it will fall apart if you hold it too tightly in you chopsticks. I have driven close to one hundred miles just to eat this. I will usually bring storage containers to transport an entire second order home.
