Spent three days working on it, just released it. It's a portal, where you can create links to your social profiles, blog(s), etc. I know there are a few already, but I've aimed to make mine a little different, and more extensible in the future. Looking for some feedback on http://ohai.im

I was looking for a short domain, something catchy. The obvious greetings, hello.im, hi.im, hey.im were already taken, but I'm perfectly happy with ohai.

Current Features:
- Customisable profiles (colours, background image, etc)
- Add as many links to sites, profiles, etc as you like
- Upload profile pictures, and add a short bio


Future Plans:
- More customisation (still got a few things left to add, but the majority of customisation is done)
- Javascript API, which populates a div with all your own links (for use on blogs and such)
- Importing feeds - Ability to link it up with your twitter/facebook feeds, and display your latest status(es) on your profile
- Updating status on other sites -- Basically, the ability to update multiple profiles in one go
- Analytics -- See how many clicks your links get, and where the clickers are from
- Ability to submit a social site (highest priority at the moment, since there's currently not a lot listed)

Small update -- prevented the links on the main page of http://ohai.im from opening in a new tab. The actual pages are managed through the system as well, so it's like a small CMS in a way.

- Added a new preference to open links in new window.

I think we've put quite the load on your servers, my Link Management page is a bunch of blank boxes

Haha, that's quite possible! The analytics show over 750 page views in the last 2 hours!

Sounds a bit strange that you'd get blank boxes though -- do they show up okay on your profile?

I have what might be the solution. Locate the settings link at the top and click on it. Next highlight the settings page and find Foreground Colour, Foreground Hover Colour, and Text Colour and set them all to black. They all default to white.

New Problem:
When I try to add a link, I get an error message that says something went wrong. I can then go to my profile, and find the link with the name duplicated.

Ah, the white on white. Are you all using IE? I used http://jscolor.com for it, it seems to overwrite the defaults in IE.

As for slowness, I'm gonna go ahead and blame Martyr2. Woke up to a bit of a lol this morning, got some... maintenance to do today.
