Okay I made a game (still in beta) and at night (in america during 12am -> 6am) some terrible things happen. I have a character called the Grim Reeper. Who collects bodies who have their energy at 0. He takes them to hell and takes them to heaven (depending on how good/bad the user is). Think I can develop this to something further?

It's an original enough concept, but try to add some gameplay around how the people get their energy to zero, and some other gameplay around deciding where they go afterward.
Ex: Deciding where they go will affect the user's score and may get him some better objects or items to use.
Ex: The player might have to influence objects and other people to get those people's energy down to zero to collect points for taking them to the 'other side'.
Yes you can go further with this, what platform is it on? (Applet, EXE, ect...)

Entirely PHP, HTML, JScript and CSS. Text-based. I already have a system that adds and takes energy and a bot that gives you energy. Any more ideas?

2 ) Yes, Outlands, Midlands, Forest and Homeland...which are divided up in the sub locations, like the inn and tavern.

Does the Grim Reaper get to battle anyone on his way to heaven or hell? Or maybe with the people he's supposed to take to heaven or hell when their energy reaches zero they become zombies and the grim reaper has to battle them...
There is more to this game than just taking people to heaven or hell right?

Well, yes correct. When the persons faith and strength is higher than the grim reepers they get to fight him and if they win they become the new grim reeper. Its their fault if they let their energy hit 0 because there are boosters and stuff.
