Who Approve The Assembly Snippets

Posted 02 December 2009 - 05:45 AM

Hello,
Yesterday I have submitted a snippet at the Assembly category that was about DLL creation, but I didn't received any PM saying if my code was approved or not, then I want to know who approve these snippets to ask why this happens, because in the same day there was many more snippets accepted, but my one yet not.

Best Regards,
Nathan Paulino Campos

nathanpc: Please show a little patience, you submitted your yesterday so more than likely it has not been approved/denied yet. Some we approved yesterday yes, but we go from the oldest to the newest when going through the quque :)

Thank you for explaining me ;)
Now I'm going to have more patience, because I was thinking that those approved was from that day, not more old.

Waiting very anxious.

I disapproved your DLL snippet.

It was a simple "hello world" example. I had suggested if you wanted to show creation & example usage of a DLL then you should make a full out tutorial, because the snippet as it was didn't show anything more than how to output a string to standard out. Since the purpose of your snippet was to show DLL creation, that's why I suggested making a tutorial. It would make much more sense to the reader, as well as it will get you 25 more kudos.

I added the above comment to the snippet & disapproved it. It should have been sent to you via email.

Sorry for any confusion.

no2pencil, did you actually comment on the snippet then disapprove it? Or click disapprove and put your comment in the text box that pops up?

Comments don't get sent to snippet authors. Only the disapproval text box.

Since your example only prints "test", it isn't really a useful piece of code snippet. I would suggest creating a tutorial for creating, loading, & using a DLL in the chosen language you write the EXE file in.
