My suggestion would be to first find a great book on Javascript. That is going to be the quickest and most thorough way of learning Javascript. You can find tons of them at your local bookstore. Before you can dive into a game running, you need to take baby steps. So read a book on the subject and possibly get a reference book. I mention a few below...
Learning Javascript 2nd Edition - Amazon- Great for the basics to get you up and running.
java script: The Definitive Guide - Amazon - This will help you with a bit of the Javascript syntax plus has a reference towards the end.
Javascript Bible - Amazon - This is a reference book for looking up syntax and what browsers support what.
Once you read up on some of these books, you will be able to hit Unity with the power needed to give you some great games. Keep in mind that Unity is going to be a bit different than standard Javascript, but it does rely on you knowing quite a bit about how standard Javascript works.
If you ever have questions about what you are learning, be sure to post here and we will certainly do our best to help!
