I Need Good Looking PHP Database Templates ... The One That Comes With Most Software Uses Tablet Database Browsing Which Is Nice ... But Not Nice For The Single Record View.
Can Some One Help Me To Get PHP Templates For This Single View.

Where In Other Programs You May Have A Good Looking PHP Form.

That statement doesn't make any sense. You're going to have to provide more information.
From the screenshots, you're clearly using some kind of content management system or form building utility. Any sort of pre-built template is necessarily going to be specific to whatever software you're using. It's hard to give you a good answer without knowing what you're using.

Iam Using PHPRunner ... And It Does Have Standar Templates ... What Iam Looking For Is How To Modify This Forms A I Yhink It is good for me ...
For Example : Some Times I Have 65 Column Table I Need To Rearrange The Fields On My Screen I Can not use this standard look

Hi there,
Sorry but didn't look to closely at whn you had actually posted your enquiry.
PHP Runner has only a few in built templates. Ostensibly you chiise one that initially fits your needs - rounded corners, square coeners - whatever you want. You then go to the Editor function (hover over the runner in the middle of the screen then choose editor from the menu appears)
When you are in the Editor you choose the cells you want to format i.e. colour, split, merge, add row/column etc and then you can set the form up the way you want.
It is mind numbinglu boring and will take you time but it is straightforward.
