Well I have certainly seen worse. The site is pretty straight forward informational (aka Pamphlet site) with standard links and such. The palm tree image on the front page is a bit blurry, but not terribly eye scorching bad. Not much to say about it other than being a simple site. Scrolling text however is a site no no and so 90's. No need to scroll to get your point across. Has a nice font and pretty easy to read. Color scheme is fine and everything it pretty simple which works in this case.

You might want to bring in a little more interaction if you want to keep people in the site a bit longer (stickiness). However, if you want to present straight forward info, can't really beat this.

I would honestly consider getting a stock photo instead of that picture of the beach. iStockPhoto is a good resource.

Not to be offensive but the picture of the therapist makes him look constipated, you might want to get a better shot of him.

Kill the top marquee, it turns people off when trying to read it and it's a high traffic area up in top-left.

On the accreditation kill the animation effects, it does nothing for the image.

Color choice is very good for the style, blue for relaxation and some green added in there makes it a site that doesn't invoke strong and/or violent emotions. Kudos there.

Other than that a very clean design, nicely done.
