Amusing Help Topic Names

Posted 08 December 2009 - 11:28 PM

I just saw one in the Java forum and got the brilliant (oh yes, brilliant) idea to start this. What are some of the funniest SERIOUS help topics/topic names you have seen that made you laugh for no good reason?

Here is the name of one that made me think of starting this thread:

JAppet: Two Balls Bouncing Off One Another

I dunno, interested to see how a cry for help can be misinterpreted.

And yes if you think I'm just immature feel free to flame me, isn't the first time, won't be the last time.

Edit:

Heh, found another slightly amusing one:

JAVA DIMENSIONAL ARRAYS

The java dimension, it's out by the twilight zone, and turn left.

You're not immature, you're only 19. Immature means (according to a rough definition at thefreedictionary.com):

1. Not fully grown or developed.
2. Marked by or suggesting a lack of normal maturity: silly, immature behavior.

At 19, you are not fully grown and developed, and I don't think anyone would suggest that this would be unexpected from that age group.

So no worries :)

Oh, but you guys treat me like shit anyways, so what does it matter?! And I'm actually quite mature for a 19 year old female! ((20 in 20 days :D))

I know you were, but I've been told on here several times about how immature and stupid and brainless I am. Tis the internet, a place to discard your normal visage and don a new one temperarily. Kinda like a masquerade. :) Unfortunately, everyone else thinks that "the internet is srs business". Meh.

Every time I see a thread labeled "HELP ME!!!!" I imagine them like sinking into a pit of quick sand. That's why I never click them, they ruin my imagined scenerio. Lol.

"Is there a h0?"

In HTML/CSS, referring to larger than the h1 tag I'd bet.

Oi, what's wrong with 19? 20 in June so still a ways.

Nothing wrong with being 19. :)

is there a h0?...that's funny.

Best one I've seen was in the intro forum, something like
"welcome me as I come"

They expect me to post a serious response to that? Man!

If I can count right, your birthday is one day before mine.
